What began as backyard gathering for a few friends, The Beach Ball, has evolved into a unique event, for as many as 2000 guests, held each August at a private Greenville Estate.
Sponsors, volunteers, the finest restaurants, and beverage providers, generously donate their products, time and talents to create an unforgettable evening while serving the finest culinary creations and liquid concoctions in a festively decorated outdoor setting.
Custom cocktails, Cigar bar with premium Scotch and Bourbon tasting add to the excitement. Spectacular and unusual entertainment has included ice skating, an aerialist, dance troups, Segways, and always, the most energetic and danceable, live bands. An auction, raffle, and fireworks complete the evening.

As evidenced by it's continued growth and increasing community support, The Beach Ball Foundation is a well-respected charity, becoming a 501c3 in 2005. And in that time has grown to serve more than 40 non-profit Organizations and Agency's dedicated to helping children and their families.
With the help of our Sponsors, Restaurant Partners, Vendors and Volunteers, the BBF contribution to the community has amounted to over $2 million!
The BBF, all volunteer driven, evolved from an annual philanthropic event - Beach Ball, into a year-round campaign of giving!
